Ying-Ying & Matthew's Wedding Day at De Courceys Manor

20th September 2016
I recently had the pleasure to be the wedding photographer at De Courceys Manor for Ying-Ying & Matthew. When we first met and chatted about their big day they told me of a few Chinese wedding traditions they were to include. I knew I was going to need more memory cards!
The potential groom arrived at the brides home and began playing several games and challenges in order to gain access to the house. There he met his future bride in a traditional Chinese red dress. They proceeded to serve tea to their elders and in return they received gifts. This went on till there was no more space on Ying-Ying's arms to place any more amazing gold bracelets.
Matthew and the groomsmen then left so that Ying-Ying could change in to her wedding dress ready for a British traditional wedding, but there was one more Chinese surprise waiting for their guests later in the day.
Below is the biggest blog ive created so far due to so many more hours of footage available to us, oh yes and look out for the Dancing Dragon!
